Digital Tasbih, developed and published by Imaanix ("Imaanix", "we", "our", or "us"), is an authentic Islamic spiritual companion app designed with the sacred principle of Amanah (trust & transparency).
- Core Utilities (No Account): General usage of the app (Tasbih counter sessions, Salah times, Qibla compass, offline adhkar) requires NO account, NO password, NO email, and NO phone number.
- Local Storage: Your daily personal worship counts, streaks, and badges are stored 100% locally on your personal device.
- Anti-Fraud & Security Integrity: To prevent bots, auto-clickers, and fake count spam in community campaigns, the app uses an anonymous, random App-Instance UUID. We do NOT access hardware serial numbers (no IMEI, no MAC address).
- Live Dhikr & Community Campaigns:
- Visible to other participants: Your chosen Nickname, your Dhikr Count, and your City / Country (e.g., Delhi, India 🇮🇳).
- Strictly Confidential & Never Displayed: Your Phone Number (collected only in designated special campaigns to contact prize winners) is kept 100% private, encrypted, and never shown to other users or used for spam.
This Privacy Policy outlines how Imaanix handles your information when you download and use Digital Tasbih from the Google Play Store.
We comply with global privacy standards, including:
- Google Play Developer Distribution Policies (User Data, Device & Network Abuse)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU/EEA & UK)
- California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA (CCPA) (United States)
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) (India)
- Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
For regular daily use, Digital Tasbih operates as a private, client-side utility:
- No Account Required: You never need to sign up, log in, or provide personal credentials to use the Tasbih bead counter, check prayer times, read Quranic duas, or use the 3D Qibla compass.
- Local Storage: All your counts, streak milestones, dhikr badges, Salah tracker checkmarks, custom dua bookmarks, and sound settings remain strictly within your device's private local storage. They are never uploaded to any cloud server.
Digital Tasbih offers optional communal features: Live Dhikr (where users participate together in collective tasbih) and Special Community Campaigns (occasional spiritual milestones and rewarding contests).
When you participate in a Live Dhikr room or community campaign, other participants can ONLY see:
- Chosen Nickname / Display Name: The public alias you select to represent yourself in the room.
- Dhikr Contribution Count: The number of tasbih taps you submit towards the group's collective target.
- City & Country: Your general location (e.g., Mumbai, India 🇮🇳) displayed on the live room feed and community leaderboard.
- Phone Number: Your mobile number is NEVER shown, shared, or displayed to other room participants or any other app users under any circumstances.
- Device Details / IP Address: Technical network info is completely hidden from other users.
- Personal Local Worship Data: Your offline counter history, badges, and personal habits remain exclusively on your device.
In designated special campaigns or community giveaway competitions, users may voluntarily provide their mobile phone number:
- Prize Winner Contact & Verification: Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of verifying your participation and contacting you directly if you are declared a Winner in order to deliver your prize or gift.
- Zero Spam / Zero Telemarketing: Imaanix will NEVER use your phone number for telemarketing calls, promotional SMS blasts, or automated robocalls.
- Zero Third-Party Sharing: Your phone number is never sold, rented, monetized, or shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
To ensure fair spiritual participation and protect community contests against spam and auto-clickers, Imaanix employs fair-play protection mechanisms:
- App-Instance Pseudonymous Identifier (Device UUID): When the app is installed, a random pseudonymous UUID (dt_device_id) is generated and stored locally in private app storage. It is used strictly to prevent duplicate room spam and multiple clone entries from the same physical installation. We do NOT access hardware identifiers such as IMEI numbers, SIM serials, or MAC addresses.
- Session Duration & Human Plausibility Checks: To stop auto-clicker scripts from generating millions of fake counts, the app measures session elapsed time and applies human tap-speed clamping (capping contributions to physically realistic human limits, e.g., ~5 taps/second). Audit metrics like session duration are used solely to detect anomalies and disqualify bots.
- Cryptographic Request Authentication: Every interaction with our cloud worker backend is signed with temporary, anonymous Firebase Authentication tokens and Cloudflare edge verification, rejecting unauthorized external scripts.
Imaanix applies rigorous, modern security measures to safeguard all campaign data and interactions:
- Encryption in Transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3): All network communications between Digital Tasbih and cloud servers are encrypted using high-grade Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS), ensuring your submissions cannot be intercepted or modified in transit.
- Encryption at Rest: Cloud databases (Cloud Firestore / Firebase Infrastructure) store campaign records using Google Cloud's AES-256 server-side encryption at rest.
- Restricted Access Controls: Phone numbers submitted for campaign rewards are isolated and accessible only to authorized Imaanix campaign administrators for winner verification.
- Automatic Data Purging: Once a special campaign ends, winners are notified, and prizes are fulfilled, campaign contact records are securely archived or purged upon request.
